    Three hours.

    Not because the shops were bad. Because no one had mapped them to you.

    Every list gives you the same five names. Every guide was written for everyone — which means it was written for no one in particular.

    I built Matchmaker because the question I get most often isn't "where are the good vintage shops in Berlin?" — it's "where should I go, specifically, on Saturday, with €80 and two hours?"

    That question has a real answer. It just takes someone who walks the streets.

    Three hours, six shops, one neighbourhood you'd already been to. Nothing that fit. Not because the shops weren't good — because the route wasn't yours.

    You fill in five questions — your style, your budget, your day, what you're actually looking for. I use the map I've been building since 2021.

    In 48h you receive a route: 4 to 6 shops, in order, walkable, with a note on each one. Yours, not everyone's.

    Five questions — your style, your budget, your neighbourhood preference, how much time you have, and what you're specifically looking for. Honest answers work better than "anything goes."
    Step 02
    I build your route
    I cross your answers against the guide — 33+ shops across 6 kiez, verified in person with last-visited dates. I pick the ones that actually match, in the order that makes the walk work.
    Step 03
    You receive your route
    Within 48 hours, by email. 4 to 6 shops, with a short note on each — what to look for, what to expect, what makes it worth the detour. One route. €15.

    Matchmaker is a route, not a personal shopper. I match shops to you — I don't go shopping with you, I don't make reservations, and I don't guarantee you'll find the exact piece you're looking for.

    What I can guarantee: the route will be real, current, and actually matched to what you told me. No padding with shops I haven't visited. No tourist traps.

    The 48h turnaround is the minimum I need to do it properly. Sometimes it's faster — but if you're planning for tomorrow morning, send the form today.
